The Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions that meet our clients’ unique needs. You’ll collaborate with consultants, project managers, and clients to create high-performance applications and seamless integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Custom Development: Build custom applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Integration: Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficiently and well-documented code following best practices.
• Requirements Gathering: Gathering non-technical specifications from clients and finding solutions through out-of-the-box and custom features in Salesforce.
• Maintenance & Support: Optimize and troubleshoot existing Salesforce Orgs.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce developments, particularly in AI and Agentforce.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Salesforce Developer certifications (Platform Developer I and II).
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce DX.
• Experience with DevOps practices and version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience with interacting with clients and translating technical terms to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the latest AI tools for development.
• Experience with Salesforce Clouds additional to Sales & Service Cloud (e.g. Marketing, Field Service, Revenue, Experience Cloud or Industry Clouds).
• Background in JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) or mobile development.
• Knowledge of integrating with local Greek CRMs and ERPs (e.g. SoftOne, Epsilon Net).
