Salesforce Consultant

Delivery Athens / Remote Full-time

About the role

You will own client relationships end to end: running discovery, shaping the solution, configuring it in Salesforce and staying with the account after go-live. Our consultants are not handed a requirements document — they write it, with the client in the room.

Most of our clients are mid-sized organisations in Greece and across Europe who need Salesforce to work commercially, not just technically. You will spend as much time discussing pipeline discipline and adoption as you will building flows.

What you will be doing

  • Run discovery workshops with sales, service and leadership stakeholders, and translate what you hear into a scoped solution.
  • Configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Flow-based automation, and know when a declarative answer beats a custom one.
  • Write the functional documentation and the test scripts, and lead UAT with the client team.
  • Deliver training and post-launch adoption sessions that make the org stick.
  • Spot the follow-on work — optimisation, managed services, new clouds — and shape it with the account lead.

What we are looking for

  • Three or more years delivering Salesforce projects in a consultancy, partner or in-house team.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification, plus at least one consultant-level certification (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or equivalent).
  • Confidence running a room: you can hold a workshop with a CFO and a sales rep in it and get value from both.
  • Fluent English; Greek is an advantage for our Athens-based accounts.
  • A bias toward the simplest configuration that solves the actual business problem.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud or CPQ.
  • Exposure to regulated industries — financial services, healthcare or the public sector.
  • A second European language.

What we offer

  • Direct client exposure from day one — no layers between you and the people you are building for.
  • Certification paths, exam costs and dedicated study time, chosen with you rather than assigned to you.
  • A small, senior team where your work is visible and your input shapes how we deliver.
  • Remote-friendly working with flexible hours and a results-first culture.

How we hire

  1. A 30-minute introductory call with someone from the team — not a screening script.
  2. A working conversation about your experience, with a short practical exercise where the role calls for one.
  3. A meeting with the people you would work alongside every day.
  4. An offer, usually within a week of the final conversation.

If the process needs to look different for you — notice periods, timezones, accessibility — tell us in your first message and we will work around it.
