Salesforce Project Manager
Role Overview
As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and developers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and resources.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary client contact, ensuring transparent communication and expectation management.
- Team Coordination: Lead project teams, delegate tasks, and monitor progress.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet functional and technical requirements.
- Reporting: Provide regular project updates, including performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management, preferably in consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and its ecosystem.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder).
- Experience with Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI applications in CRM.
- PMP or Scrum Master Certification is a plus.
