Salesforce Consultant

Role Overview

As a Salesforce Consultant at Appex, you will work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions. You will be involved in all project phases, ensuring best practices are followed and client expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for Salesforce-driven improvements.
• Solution Design: Develop tailored Salesforce solutions to address client challenges.
• Configuration & Customization: Implement workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects.
• Integration & Data Management: Support data migration and third-party integrations.
• Project Management: Contribute to project planning and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Training & Support: Conduct training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of system configurations and processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-powered Salesforce tools (e.g., Einstein, Agentforce).
• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Consultant, Platform Developer I/II).
• Familiarity with Mulesoft, Tableau, or Marketing Cloud.
