The Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer για τον σχεδιασμό, την ανάπτυξη και την υλοποίηση προσαρμοσμένων λύσεων Salesforce που ανταποκρίνονται στις μοναδικές ανάγκες των πελατών μας. Θα συνεργάζεστε με συμβούλους, project managers και πελάτες για τη δημιουργία υψηλής απόδοσης εφαρμογών και integrations στο οικοσύστημα του Salesforce.

Κύριες Ευθύνες

• Παραμετροποίηση: Build custom applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Ενοποίηση: Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Ποιότητα Κώδικα: Εγγραφή καθαρού, αποδοτικού και καλά τεκμηριωμένου κώδικα, ακολουθώντας τις βέλτιστες πρακτικές.
• Requirements Gathering: Gathering non-technical specifications from clients and finding solutions through out-of-the-box and custom features in Salesforce.
• Συντήρηση & Υποστήριξη: Optimize and troubleshoot existing Salesforce Orgs.
• Καινοτομία: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce developments, particularly in AI and Agentforce.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα

• Minimum 2 years working experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Πτυχίο Πληροφορικής, IT ή αντίστοιχη εργασιακή εμπειρία.
• Salesforce Developer certifications (Platform Developer I and II).
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce DX.
• Εμπειρία σε DevOps πρακτικές και εργαλεία version control (π.χ. Git).
• Ισχυρές δεξιότητες προγραμματισμού, επίλυσης προβλημάτων και debugging.
• Experience with interacting with clients and translating technical terms to non-technical audiences.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

• Familiarity with the latest AI tools for development.
• Experience with Salesforce Clouds additional to Sales & Service Cloud (e.g. Marketing, Field Service, Revenue, Experience Cloud or Industry Clouds).
• Background in JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) or mobile development.
• Knowledge of integrating with local Greek CRMs and ERPs (e.g. SoftOne, Epsilon Net).
